We are Split, Croatia based travel agency that specializes in daily sea and land tours, catering to tourists seeking coastal adventures and cultural exploration. Our diverse product range includes boat excursions, historic site visits, and a variety of events, from cultural festivals to water sports, providing a comprehensive travel experience in this picturesque region.
How would you best describe your product type (ie destination, hotel, tour operator, etc.)?
Coastal Experience is the first recognized system that can provide 5* service.
Our company’s mission is to promote Croatian natural and historical gems and create private memorable and compelling superior quality sea and land excursions or event and conference organization.
What unique value proposition does your company offers to travelers?
We take great pride in experienced staff who are local to the area we operate. Therefore we strive upon tailoring each service upon the preferences of our guests, making each trip unique and memorable. In the last 10 years of our service we provided luxury and private tours for our exclusive contracts with 5* hotels (Le Meridien Lav, Radisson BLU Split) in the area of town Split, Dalmatia.

What is new and exciting with your brand?
Since we live in the land filled with natural beauty and history each year we modify and update our tours and services in our effort to give our customers uniqueness that will differentiate us from other companies who provide similar services. Our young and experienced team is always ready to visit new exciting locations, come up with new ideas in our efforts to represent our country in the most distinctive way possible.
Tell us about a success story (and the WOW factors) when you worked with a travel seller.
Since we are travel seller providers we would like to share our WOW factor story. Current owners of the company at the start used to work for Coastal Experience originally when the company was still growing, only to take it over from the original owner. From that moment on, with fresh ideas pouring out, the company continued to grow and thrive, now hoping to expand further to the rest of Europe and other continents.
What tools and/or resources does your company offer on an ongoing basis for travel sellers (ex: booking tools/technology, customer service, etc.)?
In terms of services we provide, we are available on social media, and on our email address 0-24. We also provide additional information as concierge service via mobile phone. Our tours and services can also be booked via web page or on the customer desk in a hotel. If required, when organizing an event we also provide on-site support for our clients.
What commission structures or awards does your company offer to travel sellers?
Depending on agreement and services provided we offer up to 20% commission.

As a young company we received a couple of recognitions for participation in the organization of humanitarian events with Rotary Split, Split debating union, iVoX production studio and other non-profit tax organizations in Croatia for success in business. Recently, one of our tour guides received a plaque of excellence for making a unique tour about WW2 in Split.
