Holland Palette is a DMC specializing in creating complete tourism programs in Holland and Belgium. Since 1998 we specialize in organizing complete programs for groups and individuals in the Benelux countries. For groups we offer budget class up to 5-star accommodation. For individual travellers 4 and 5 star hotels only. We selected a team of 60 guides, at your service to lead your clients in a pleasant, informative and efficient way. whether you prefer a tour by bus, limousine, or boat, bicycle or tram, everything is possible. Our team listens carefully to your wishes and will prepare tailor-made proposals.

We only work with the best company, not taking risks with a lower fare company, that has less staff at the airport. We supply very clear instructions for the clients that you share with your clients prior to arrival, often with a picture so they can visualize the meeting point. Where we know things can go wrong, we pay extra attention to avoid stress for your clients.

We're a small team, we all love to color the programs in the right way.


What sets you apart from the competition?
We only handle the Benelux countries and maintain personal relations with the suppliers to ensure the best services. Small example – when your clients arrive in Brussels or Amsterdam in the morning, we will always contact the first hotel that we booked for them to do the utmost to have the room available before check-in time. We have a habit of checking every supplier prior to the service and will exchange the special wishes of your clients. We prepare files in both English and Spanish – our team speaks the languages (as well as French, Dutch and German/Italian) We also book train tickets on speed trains between Amsterdam and Brussels or onward to Paris, London or Frankfurt for example

Share a success story!
When preparing a tour we will always make suggestions how to improve the experience of the traveler. It can be as small as suggesting a tour of the bulb fields instead of sitting at the airport for 3 hours. One client was hospitalized and we contacted the hospital several times as well as the client. She needed a specific personal item. We phoned all over town and got her what she needed and a staff member visited her with magazines until she could return home.

What is new and exciting that you're looking forward to sharing with this year's ETAF delegates?
Fall 2026 there will be a huge expo of Van Gogh paintings at Kröller Müller Museum amidst the green surroundings of Veluwe National Park. Spring 2026 Floralien flower expo will take place 1-10 May 2026 (every 4 years) With the new holocaust museum Amsterdam, Jewish heritage tours have a new dimension.


What are some of the trends you're seeing, and what initiatives are you developing to support travel sellers growing their business
Slow travel is one – see more and experience more in fewer towns. Taking time for example joining the Dutch or Belgians having a drink on a terrace enjoying the views of ancient building or picturesque canals or lakes. Make the program so that clients can add small exciting extra experiences on the spot. Greening of tourism – use our excellent train network when possible, bicycle tours, e-boats, etc. and select CO2 emsiion neutral hotels when possible.


What are your commission structures?
Our proposals are tailor made and rates are net in Euros. The agent adds a markup.


What tools/technologies do you have in place to support travel sellers, and do they integrate into current technologies?
Our limo driver will contact the client upon arrival on their cell phone to put them at ease that they are expected. In order to reach that highly personalized service we stick to e-mail, phone call, fast response by mail.


When communicating with your company, what can travel advisors expect?
In general an offer will be done within 48 hours during working days For every file and client there will be one dedicated person throughout and assistant during his or her absence.


How and where can Travel Advisors book or get support when selling your product?
The first booking through mail@hollandpalette.nl After that the dedicated person will take over with his/her own mail address. It is often helpful to give us the name of a hotel your client particularly liked in the past, so we can try to match the style. Also please give a budget indication of the landpackage so we will know if we should go for the best financial deal or for the best available quality; such as suites. We realize our own mark up needs to stay reasonable to ensure a long term relationship – which we are striving for.
