What excites me most is that Kensington truly invests in its people and in our travel advisor partners. Right now, we’re expanding our team by hiring more Destination Experts so we can lower quote times, provide even better service, and continue to set the standard in the luxury travel market. It’s inspiring to be part of a company that’s always striving to raise the bar.

What sets your brand apart from the competition?
Our Destination Experts carry deep, local knowledge of the areas they represent, helping our advisors’ clients uncover hidden gems before they hit the guidebooks. We design bespoke itineraries based on clients’ deepest travel wishes however they like to travel. Whether they’re looking to go off the beaten track with castle tours in Slovenia, cruise the Rhine with private shore excursions, charter a yacht on the Mediterranean for a culinary exploration, or step into the backrooms of the fashion world in London, Paris, and Milan with celebrity style shoots and private fittings.

What is new and exciting that you're looking forward to share with this year's European Travel Agent Forum delegates?
We’re thrilled to introduce our yacht program, featuring private catamaran yachts that start around 38k for 7 nights in the British Virgin Islands and Greece. These sailings are truly all-inclusive—covering fuel, gratuities, chef, crew, and meals—giving clients a seamless way to explore iconic coastlines in privacy and style. It’s an exciting new option for advisors to wow their clients with unforgettable luxury experiences.

What are your traditional commission structures?

What tools/technologies do you have in place to support travel sellers, and do they integrate into current available technologies?
The Kensington app, available on Android and iOS, is designed to give our advisors’ clients on-the-go access to information about every facet of their Kensington experience. Our app is an easy-to-use digital traveling companion. Agents can find additional resources on our agent portal, including training opportunities, brochures available for order, agent incentives, and keeping quotes and bookings organized.

When communicating with your company, what can travel advisors expect (ie turnaround time, dedicated point person, etc.)?
When requesting a quote advisors will either speak to a Destination Expert or a specialist in Cruises, Villas, Yachts, Expeditions, or Groups. Once you’ve spoken with a Destination Expert, we guarantee a 48-hour turnaround on quotes and often you can receive it the same day. Your Destination Expert will be your point of contact from the planning stage to your client returning from their destination.
